Scalp Care
for anti-aging and hair regrowth

Why do we do scalp care?
The scalp is the soft tissue covering the skull, occupying two-thirds of the skin area on the head and face. It is a continuation of the facial skin and neck skin, and it is also the soil in which hair survives. When the scalp ages, it marks not only the beginning of hair loss but also the onset of facial aging.
The thickness of the scalp skin is thinner than that of most areas of the face, second only to the area around the eyes. Therefore, the aging process of the scalp is faster than that of the skin on the face and other parts of the body.
How does the scalp gradually age?
The aging of the scalp is jointly regulated by multiple factors, including the natural aging process internally and the accumulation of external environmental damage. Internal factors are mainly caused by increasing age, while external factors include UV radiation, inflammatory stimuli (such as hair dyeing and perming), environmental pollution, smoking, and alcohol.
The relationship between scalp aging and facial aging
First, the loosening of the scalp can lead to sagging facial skin. As we age, the collagen and elastic fibers in the scalp gradually decrease, causing the scalp to become loose. This looseness gradually affects areas such as the forehead, corners of the eyes, and cheeks, resulting in wrinkles and sagging, which are signs of aging on the face.
Secondly, poor blood circulation in the scalp can affect the nutrient supply to the facial skin, thereby impacting its health. If blood circulation in the scalp is hindered, the facial skin will also lose its luster and appear dull. Good blood circulation in the scalp can provide ample oxygen and nutrients to the facial skin, keeping it rosy.
